- NOTICE JULY-AUGUST 2024: Recently the post office has consistently been taking longer than anticipated to deliver packages. We have had a lot of shipments through the post office recently take up to 3 weeks to arrive when they used to take only a few days. If you need your order to arrive quickly please choose an expedited shipping method.
- * Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the same day (Monday - Friday. Does not include holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday (Excluding holidays). Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 pm (MST). Once submitted, all orders are final. Changes cannot be made after your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods & Times (shipping times are from day order ships, orders placed after 1 p.m. Mountain Time will ship the following Business Day)
Fedex Orders and Express orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
Free Shipping: 7-10 business days (available for orders shipping within the Continental US)
FedEx Ground: 5-7 business days (not including day of shipment)
FedEx 2 day: 2 business days (not including day of shipment) 2 day Orders shipped Thursday will arrive Monday
FedEx Overnight: Next business day (Overnight orders shipped Friday will arrive on Monday unless you call and specify Saturday Delivery which FedEx charges an additional $15 fee to do)
U.S.P.S Priority Mail: 2 - 5 business days (Post office does not guarantee these deliver time frames)
U.S.P.S Ground Advantage: 2-15 business days
U.S.P.S International Priority Mail: 7-21 business days (Does not cover duties taxes or customs fees)
DHL International Shipping : 3-4 business days (Does not cover taxes or customs fees)

To receive a shipping quote, add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart, then type in your zip code and click on "get quote" and the appropriate shipping quotes and methods will be returned. Customs, Duties, and Taxes are not covered by FishMoxFishFlex.com and may not be present in the shipping quote.
