Q. What is the difference between Fish Mox and Fish Mox Forte?
A. The difference is the Milligram count. If an item has Forte in the name it will have 500mg. Most of our other medicines have 250mg.
Q. Can humans take fish antibiotics?
A. This medication is for animal and fish use only. Humans should not take fish antibiotics.

Q. How do I make sure the fish antibiotics I received are in fact what I ordered?
A. Your package will include a packing slip. The packing slip will include what you purchased and you can cross reference that with the bottle you received.
Q. What type of Penicillin do we carry?
A. We currently sell 12, 30, and 100 count bottles or ether 250mg or 500mg tablets. You can find them here.
Q. How do I properly store my fish antibiotics?
A. It is best to keep the container tightly closed and in a cool, dry place.
Q. Does keeping my antibiotics in a fridge or a chilled area extend the expiration of the antibiotics?

Q. Why did my two day express shipping from FedEx shipped on Thursday arrive on Monday?
A. FedEx unfortunately doesn’t ship on Saturday or Sunday. However we do have the option for Saturday or Sunday shipping for FedEx, but it will cost extra.
